Travelling with RiversJoy

• Arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Present this ticket (printed or on your phone) before boarding.
• This ticket is valid only for the journey, date and seat shown.
• Luggage above the free allowance may attract extra charges.
• Cancellation policies apply.
• RiversJoy reserves the right to enforce its travel policies.

Seat reservations and payment

Selected seats are held for 10 minutes while you complete your booking. Bank transfer bookings stay reserved for up to 12 hours while payment is verified. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure. Approved refunds are processed by RiversJoy support.
